Storyboard: Maya wakes up early in her peaceful Kochi flat. The February morning is pleasant. She brushes her teeth, gets dressed, and makes a hot cup of coffee, drinking it while she prepares for the day.

Storyboard: Maya leaves her apartment building and walks to the local bus stop. She boards a crowded bus going to her office. The conductor comes through the crowd and gives her a ticket, and she stands holding the rail while the bus is moving through the busy city.
ഞാൻ ഫ്ലാറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങുന്നു.	I step out of the flat.
ഞാൻ ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പിലേക്ക് നടക്കുകയാണ്.	I am walking to the bus stop.
ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പിൽ ധാരാളം ആളുകൾ നിൽക്കുന്നു.	Many people are standing at the bus stop.
ഇൻഫോപാർക്കിലേക്കുള്ള ബസ് വരുന്നു.	The bus to Infopark arrives.

"എങ്ങോട്ടാണ് ടിക്കറ്റ്?" അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിക്കുന്നു.	"Ticket to where?" he asks.
"ഇൻഫോപാർക്കിലേക്ക്," ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.	"To Infopark," I say.
ഞാൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ഇരുപത് രൂപ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.	I give him twenty rupees.
അദ്ദേഹം എനിക്ക് ടിക്കറ്റ് തരുന്നു.	He gives me a ticket.
ഞാൻ ആ ടിക്കറ്റ് എന്റെ ബാഗിൽ വെക്കുന്നു.	I put that ticket in my bag.
ബസ് നഗരത്തിലൂടെ വേഗത്തിൽ പോവുകയാണ്.	The bus is moving fast through the city.
റോഡിലൂടെ ധാരാളം വാഹനങ്ങൾ പോവുകയാണ്.	Many vehicles are moving along the road.

Storyboard: Maya enters her software company building and greets the security guard. She walks to her desk, turns on her computer, and is soon reading her morning emails.
ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഓഫീസ് കെട്ടിടത്തിൽ എത്തുന്നു.	I reach my office building.
സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഗാർഡ് വാതിലിനടുത്ത് നിൽക്കുകയാണ്.	The security guard is standing near the door.
അദ്ദേഹം എല്ലാവരുടെയും ഐഡി കാർഡുകൾ നോക്കുകയാണ്.	He is looking at everyone's ID cards.
ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഐഡി കാർഡ് കാണിക്കുന്നു.	I show my ID card.
"ഗുഡ് മോർണിംഗ്," ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.	"Good morning," I say.
"ഗുഡ് മോർണിംഗ് മാഡം," അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നു.	"Good morning, madam," he says.
ഞാൻ ഓഫീസിന് ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് നടക്കുന്നു.	I walk inside the office.
ഓഫീസ് ഇപ്പോൾ വളരെ ശാന്തമാണ്.	The office is very quiet now.
ചില ആളുകൾ ജോലി ചെയ്യുകയാണ്.	Some people are working.
ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഡെസ്കിൽ എത്തുന്നു.	I reach my desk.

Storyboard: Maya attends a morning team meeting in a small conference room. She sits with her colleagues and listens carefully while the team leader is explaining the plan for a new software project.
ഞാൻ മീറ്റിംഗ് മുറിയിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നു.	I go to the meeting room.
അതൊരു ചെറിയ മുറിയാണ്.	It is a small room.
എന്റെ സഹപ്രവർത്തകരും അവിടെയുണ്ട്.	My colleagues are also there.
ഞാൻ പ്രകാശിന്റെ അടുത്തായി ഇരിക്കുന്നു.	I sit next to Prakash.

Storyboard: At midday, Maya and her colleague Prakash walk to the office cafeteria. Prakash is eating a traditional Kerala meal, while Maya opens her lunchbox. She eats a simple meal of rice and vegetables.
ഇപ്പോൾ ഉച്ചയാണ്.	Now it is midday.
ഞാനും പ്രകാശും കഫറ്റീരിയയിലേക്ക് നടക്കുകയാണ്.	Prakash and I are walking to the cafeteria.
ഞങ്ങൾ കഫറ്റീരിയയുടെ അകത്തേക്ക് പോകുന്നു.	We go inside the cafeteria.
അവിടെ ഒരുപാട് ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ട്.	There are a lot of people there.

"ഭക്ഷണം രുചികരമാണോ?" പ്രകാശ് ചോദിക്കുന്നു.	"Is the food tasty?" Prakash asks.
"അതെ, നല്ല രുചിയുണ്ട്," ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.	"Yes, it has good taste," I say.
ഞങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ സംസാരിക്കുകയാണ്.	We are talking about office matters.
ഞങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചു തീർക്കുന്നു.	We finish eating our food.
ഞങ്ങൾ കഫറ്റീരിയയിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തേക്ക് പോകുകയാണ്.	We are going out of the cafeteria.
ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് നടക്കുന്നു.	We walk to the office again.
afternoon tea break
Storyboard: In the late afternoon, Maya leaves her desk and goes to the office pantry for a short break. She makes a cup of tea and relaxes for a few quiet minutes in the pantry.
ഇപ്പോൾ സമയം ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് നാലുമണിയാണ്.	It is now four o'clock in the afternoon.
ഞാൻ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുകയാണ്.	I am working on the computer.
എനിക്ക് ചെറിയ ക്ഷീണം തോന്നുന്നു.	I feel a little tired.
ഞാൻ കസേരയിൽ നിന്ന് എഴുന്നേൽക്കുന്നു.	I stand up from the chair.

Storyboard: Maya leaves the office and waits for the return bus. The sun is setting. She boards the bus and looks out the window, watching the familiar streets as she travels home.
എന്റെ ജോലി കഴിയുന്നു.	My work ends.
ഞാൻ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങുകയാണ്.	I am leaving the office.
ഞാൻ ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പിലേക്ക് നടക്കുന്നു.	I walk to the bus stop.
അവിടെ ആളുകൾ ബസ് കാത്തുനിൽക്കുകയാണ്.	People are waiting for the bus there.

Storyboard: Back inside her flat, Maya changes into comfortable clothes and goes to the kitchen. She is chopping onions and tomatoes, cooking a simple dinner using the fresh vegetables she buys locally.
ഞാൻ ഫ്ലാറ്റിൽ എത്തുന്നു.	I arrive at the flat.
ഞാൻ വസ്ത്രം മാറുന്നു.	I change my clothes.
ഞാൻ സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ ധരിക്കുന്നു.	I put on comfortable clothes.

പിന്നെ ഞാൻ സോഫയിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.	Then I sit on the sofa.

ഞാൻ അവരെ സ്ക്രീനിൽ കാണുന്നു.	I see them on the screen.
ഞാൻ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ ചിരിക്കുന്നു.	I smile happily.
"ചേച്ചീ, സുഖമാണോ?" സോഫിയ ചോദിക്കുന്നു.	"Chechi, are you well?" Sofia asks.
"എനിക്ക് സുഖമാണ്," ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.	"I am fine," I say.
"ചേച്ചി ഇപ്പോൾ ജോലി ചെയ്യുകയാണോ?" അവൾ ചോദിക്കുന്നു.	"Are you working now, Chechi?" she asks.
"അല്ല, ഞാൻ വിശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ്," ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.	"No, I am resting," I say.
അപ്പോൾ എന്റെ അമ്മ ആ മുറിയിലേക്ക് വരുന്നു.	Then my mother comes into that room.
അവർ സ്ക്രീനിലേക്ക് നോക്കുകയാണ്.	She is looking at the screen.
"ഹലോ മായാ," അമ്മ പറയുന്നു.	"Hello Maya," mother says.
എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ വളരെ സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്.	I am very happy now.
falling asleep
Storyboard: Maya finishes her call and washes her dinner plate. She turns off the lights in the flat, gets into bed, and goes to sleep, ready to start her routine again the next day.
ഇപ്പോൾ രാത്രിയാണ്.	It is night now.
ഞാൻ കിടപ്പുമുറിയിൽ നിൽക്കുകയാണ്.	I am standing in the bedroom.
ഞാൻ പ്രധാന ലൈറ്റുകൾ അണയ്ക്കുന്നു.	I turn off the main lights.
